MISASA Kitty Hawk

The 2015 annual MISASA fly-in hosted by Kitty Hawk Aerodrome was once again a huge success. Air Traffic Control on the day provided by volunteers of the special events section of ATNS recorded just over 200 aircraft. This special fly-in event has grown beyond expectation since the first event at Tedderfield four years ago. The MISASA committee and Kitty Hawk together with several volunteers and exhibitors have done a sterling job on this MISASA event that was enjoyed by thousands of guests and pilots from all over the country. Nigel Hopkins entertained the crowd with a super display. Next year’s event promise to be even bigger and better and MISASA might have to look at a bigger venue to cater for the needs of the aviation hungry crowd.
